I'm going to rule that since Xi'ku wasn't attempting to hurt you, he didn't throw you in such a way that would prevent Summer from righting herself in the air. She would have enough to prevent herself from taking actual damage. She still might be sore, and she certantly doesn't know that she will not take damage until she hits, but she is fine.
As for George, I am not sure I understand the question. Are you asking if the gun had bullets in the first place? Yes; a gun is a weapon. There is no point in arming someone (like Pace or Xi'ku, in this case) with a gun if they are not prepared to use it if the situation comes to that. Thats simply my interpretaion of standard military practice, though Ant can interpet this as he will. In this case, George had bullets and currently used all of them up.
Oh, and Eun, give me two rolls of (Intellegence + Firearms + 1d20), along with two damage rolls of 1d6+1, just in case they hit.

Summer did not take damage from being thrown, though she could have by the way I described it. I can see why Celest would think she would be taking damage. The less you leave open for interpretation by BB the better.
Shortsword considers ammo as part of the weapon's CL weight. An ammo based weapon effectively has an infinite supply of said ammo, requiring the user to reload only when dramatically appropriate or when it looks cool. Does that answer the question?
Eun, go ahead and roll and ignore my previous PM. Like heads of a hydra, the Brothers have the same travel plan, but are not in the same place up top when they get there. =]

My question about Eun's gun having bullets i guess was ill pharsed. I should have saud does it use bullets. I seem to recall many a weapon not requirering them.

That should lighten the mood a bit. To clairify, all personel are outside of the danger area. For the record, you can function at normal everyday capacity at 1 hp. Though roleplaying of battle wounds is encuraged, it is not a nessisity. Shortsword assumes that not every attack is a fatal one, not every gunshot or sword strike pierces. Indeed, I will be interpreting most 'light' damage attacks as grazing or missing altogether. That will not effect the damage delt or recived, but it will be more dramatically appropriate for the shot that reduces a person to 0hp to be the fatal blow.

Well, sir, I suspect that something happened in that last post of Ant's. I just can't, for the life of me, figure out what happened, other than avery large explosion. Are he and I dead? Am I dead? Are we concussed? Please elaborate.

This is just me and if I'm wrong, please say so BB, but i think Eun, that Pace tried to assist you leaving the room and in doing so you both tumbled and you landed on top of him.

Indeed, Celest would be right.
Though it would seem I am to start speaking more bluntly, if just to avoid confusion. I try to post inner-workings as the characters 'voice' would speak them normally, but thats just causing confusion.
Expect my next post to be crystal clear. =]

Ok, so that wasn't exactly crystal clear.
All players are on the observation deck when the events of the post take place. You are assumed to be taking cover, dodging or whatever it is that players do to avoid danger.
There are two checks called for as well. We plan on streamlining the rolls a bit, but for now go ahead and stick with the dice roller.

Ok! We're starting the game again on new years day which is our normal monday posting schedule.
We'll also be welcoming two new characters played by Lylie and Cross which brings the player roster to four. One more and I can run the game I intended. XD
Everyone go over your numbers and make sure they are correct, as they will start comming up with increasing frequency over the next few game posts.

An additionall mini-post will be up friday, prefferably after Celest posts.
The game will proceed with another game post monday or tuesday, depending on my babysitting schedule. Try to get in over the weekend as a fairly major event either happens friday or monday...
...I just haven't decided when yet. XD

Profiles and iventories should be upadated before posting in the newest game thread.
This does not include backstories, though at some point we're going to have to get to those. XD
Familiarize yourself with the battle thread.

No, you're not in yet. You're character WAS mentioned, yes, but it will be a little bit longer until you get in. Depending on how quickly people move, they should be reaching you soon. Sorry about the confusion and the delay!

Sorry about the delay this week; between school and other life activities, I've been lax with a post. I'll get one up in a day or two...
In other news, you are probably going to be introduced in the next official game post or two, Lylie. Keep an eye on your PM box, you'll be getting information of some activities that you character has been up to up until this point in the game. Also, Celest, PM Antaeus and have your Summer-Xi'ku conversation in PM; if the other PC's should be privy to your chat results, you can have your characters tell the other PC's what they need to know. I'll just have you two step to the side for a brief conversation in my next post.

Two things that BB forgot to (or failed to) mention.
The adventure on the Ulysses is the first Act of a multi-act series of Mission Accepted games. When (if) you get off the ship, there is much much more gaming to be had. Indeed, this scenario is not even the tip of the iceberg----and thats putting it lightly. These first couple of acts were meant to be an introduction to the world of MA and to give the players time to familiarize themselves with Big Brother's playing style and the system in general.
We still have plans.
Second, and perhaps most importantly, the overall goals of Legion have not been communicated. This is an error that is about to be corrected.
Goals of MA: Legion 1. To introduce / elaborate on a specific setting in the MA universe as well as the people that populate said setting. 2. To fully utilize every number, every detail, every aspect of its characters for the enjoyment of its players. 3. To become more familiar with message board RPing. 4. To solidify the title "Big Brother" as an actual Game Master title.
Those last two are more for me, but you get the idea. =] In the future of the game, the players will be presented with problems to overcome like in any other RPG. We will always give you the tools you need to play and enjoy the game. This does not mean the characters are immune to harm.
We still have plans that will ruin your day.
------------- Now I have questions for the entire playerbase. This is also open to any observers we have to the game.
1. Is everyone reading the game posts, or just skimming them? 2. Are the posts too long? To short? To wordy? 3. Is it easy to understand what BB is saying? Is it difficult? Why? 4. Do you have any specific goals you would like to accomplish with this game / your character? 5. Is there anything I missed? Any concerns questions or comments that are relevant that I glanced over?
I'm basically looking for feedback from the players and would absolutely treasure detailed responses.
