White, like usual, is not particularly powerful, but they do have some nice stuff coming up. Other than what was already posted, I've dug up some little bits for note. Commentary as necessary.
First, we have Spirit en-Dal.... This is an excellent little card that allows some REDICULOUS results. Consider that the creature is a nice weenie to begin with, but then mull over the forcast ability. If you can manage to splash white into your deck (or just run bi-colour to begin with), then you have the ability to make your creature virtually unblockable. Remember that the current consensus by the Magic player base is that shadow is one of the weaker abilities because you cannot block their creatures. With this little gem, you still CAN on your next turn. Your big creature just became A LOT harder to stop.
Next, there is Daybreak Cronet. This card is simply a hefty bonus with little drawback. If you consider how much mana may have been chopped of the casting cost because it must be played on an already-enchanted creature... well, that puts things into a little more perspective. I, personally, do not believe that the drawback of this card is particularly relevant to most situations. White often has enchanted creatures, and the other colours that white often pairs with usually have local enchantments (auras for you newbies) in the deck as well.
Ah... Intervention Pact.... White may have gotten screwed on the uncommon lands, but they didn't on the rare freebies. This card is not the pinaccle of power, but it is quite nice for its colour. The cost is small for a decent gain... 'nough said.
Judge Unworthy is a good card... all around. It isn't anywhere near broken, but it is a good card. I don't think that I can effectively stop mentioning how good it is. Just good.
Marshalling Cry: With Cycling and Flashback, this card has some nice options. Consider it like a car package. This one comes with an extra Ramming-Bar on the front, Quad Full-Torque Suspension, One Week Trial Period, and Unlimited-Milage One-Use Warranty. Wanna take a drive?
One note on the card Scout's Warning.... INCOMING!!!!! It brings up bad memories of back in 'Nam, when I was a ham-sandwich... and the....
Patrician's Scorn: So let me get this straight. If I play bi-colour with white non-enchantment (there's plenty to use there), then I can play one of my single white mana spells and then turn the board into enchantment genocide... FOR FREE? Hell yes!

*whimper* I am SO sorry I looked! Oh, for the sweet bliss of ignorance! I couldn't help myself and now I can't find where my brain went! Oh, wait there it is. It just evolved is all and it evolved agian, and agina and agian, it just keeps going.
This set blew my mind at first but then I sat down and really looked at it and, well I didn't so much as put my mind back together as just swept it in a pile and left it like that.
The way I experienced the set at first was like walking down the street and seeing a donut shop. Cool I think I'm getting hunrgy. But when I enter the doors a little gnome thing punches he in the crouch and I fall on the ground writhing in agony then I stand in line for and hour for donuts until finally at long last it is my turn but a giant intimidator makes me cower and closes the shop before I order so I have to go across the flowstone street to the ice cream shop with those impowering glyphs next to that odd memorial and order something that will hopefully stisfy my wish and when I get it I eat it to fast and get brain freeze but low what is that I spy? Could it be? Yes, it is! Scragnoth my old friend has come back! He has grown stronger and much better too! The sight of it is enough to make my heart cry with joy!
Hurray for Future Sight!
