There is nothing like the feeling of the first day of school. The mixed emotions of excitement and dread fill the hearts of every student. At least the weather is on your side. The day couldn’t be more perfect a warm sunny day with a slight breeze pushing through the trees just barely tinted with gold as they begin to turn for the season.
Most of the students have gathered inside Heaven’s High School massive rod iron gates and in front of the large Main Hall. A few students walk in from the down town area coming from their homes and apartments outside the school grounds eagerly waiting to be able to go inside the school again or for the first time. Others more are casually walking along the pathways leading from the dorm buildings. Most of these students who live on campus had come to set up their rooms and meet room mates in the past weeks while others who had wished to and were permitted had stayed the entire summer living at the school.
Looking over the students it is easy to place most of them into various clicks. There are a few students sitting under a rather large oak all staring at the screens of their laptops. On the other side of the walkway are some larger students tossing around an American football while there probable girl friends cheer them on. A few students sit on a semi circle of benches each with a sketch pad, drawing different things. There are some sharing and discussing their Manga comics, others have commandeered a few benches to get in a quick card game. The easiest to pick out are the freshmen. New and timid some have gathered into small group while others stand alone hoping not to be noticed, waiting for the bell to toll so that they can go to the freshman assembly they were told to attend fist thing.
Among all the groups there is a buzz of conversation going back and forth. Among all the different conversations one subject seems to be found in them all. Many of the students are going on about the meteor shower that occurred last night. Some are saying are saying it is a good omen for the school year to come. It was something nearly every student stayed up to watch last night and can be found on nearly every one’s minds.
As the clock tower chimes signaling quarter to eight, the large doors to the Main Hall are opened and the students begin filling in. The freshmen try to find their way to the Assembly while all the others begin making their way to the upper levels to find their class rooms. Most are walking casually a sort of relaxed hurry to make sure they make it to their destinations by eight.
Antaeus: You stand next to the large doors of the Main Hall with Mami standing next to you. Both of you are waiting for your friends Naoko and Asako, who have never been so late before. You glance at your watch again and then at the clock tower. Mami expresses her concern about them but most goes on about the romantic date the two of you shared the night before. You had set up a small picnic for them to share out side on the school grounds during the meteor shower. After the shower you walked her back to her dorms and gave her a kiss on her cheek. Every time she mentions it she blushes heavily and looks up to you with stars in her eyes. As the bells begin to toll you decide to wait a few more minutes for the two hoping that they show up soon. It would be bad for Naoko’s chance at President to be late to the assembly. Five minutes later a cab pulls up infront of the school and Naoko and Asako get out. Ten minutes before the assembly, she made it just in time.
Dyne: You woke up early this morning despite the fact that you had sent the night out late. There were a few parties for both school starting and the meteor showers last night. Finding you self up before usual you decided to sneak into the building and play video games in the Gamer Room. You wanted to make sure you had plenty of practice before the first meeting during lunch. There would be lots of newbies wanting to join the club and you win them over as fans before any other club members could. As the bells begin to toll you glance at the clock. Figuring that your first class was only one floor above you, you decide that you have enough time for one more round of practice on the DDR machine. Finishing the last song with a perfect score you turn off the game and head out into the halls making way to your first class.
Eun: Sitting cross legged on the school lawn you sit in a circle of a few of your fellow Gamers club members. Laptops open they are all trying to beat you in a round of free for all in Halo. You snicker to your self in your mind as you snipe another one down and move your position. No one can beat you in this game, especially in Snipe Gulch. You memorized the area the first week the game came out. As the bell tolls you make your final kill putting your score at the game ending 50. The rest of the players moan as none of them had come even close. A few freshmen had gathered around you and watched in awe at your gaming skills. Standing and putting away your gear you smile at them and invite them to the Gamers club during lunch today and hand them a few flyers from your work place. Making your way into the building you head to your next class looking forward to lunch and a round of capture the flag.
Lylie: You stroll around the campus hoping to find the archery fields before the freshmen assembly. You walk along the path and are passed by two boys heading towards the Main Hall. With in a few seconds the catch back up to you smiling. “Hello miss, you look new here.” One of them says. The other is smiling to big to say anything. You know what they are thinking. People have always seemed to be at your services, especially boys. Smiling sweetly at them you nod your head and explain you are looking for the archery fields. “Oh we know where they are!” the one says the other still just smiling though now he is nodding as well. “Would you like us to take you there? We should be able to make it to the fields and back before class starts”.
Beast: You sit on the floor of your dorm you playing with your pet. Rubbing his belly you glance up at the clock. You stand up quickly as you realize the time and begin hurriedly throwing your art supplies into your back pack you say good bye to Tarou and race out the door as the bells begin to toll. Hoping on your moped you start it up and hurry your way to your first class. You should have just enough time to get there but you had wanted to get there early. Moving hurriedly down the paths you hope Tarou will be ok. You were lucky to get into the only dorm that allowed pets. Hopefully if he gets to upset the dorm mother will go and spend some time with him. You enjoyed you new dorm mother, Miss Ami. The woman loved animals. Tarou would be in good hands. You come up behind the Main Hall and park your moped next to the bike stand. Luckily your art class is in the back of the building and you make there with several minutes to spare.
Artemi: Sitting in the back of a cab you tell the driver to go faster. You can’t believe your horrible luck. Not only did you wake up late but you had a bad night’s sleep due to strange dreams. If it wasn’t for Asako showing up to your house early, you never would have gotten ready in time. She packed your bag and brought you breakfast while you fixed your hair and face. She had even called a cab to make sure that you would make it to school on time. Munching on the red bean mochi Asako had gotten for you go over your speech for the freshmen in your head. As stand in President of Student Government this was a good chance for you to make a good impression and win the vote to continue the rest of the school year as President. Your cab pulls up in front of the school and you rush out as Asako pays the driver. Straitening your skirt and checking your self you walk up to the main Hall entrance and see Kim and Mami waiting there for you. Mami rushes up to you. “What happened? We were so worried.”
Running a hand through his perfect blue hair, Kim Song Dho momentarilly reflected that he would never make such a callous mistake as to show up at an event such as the Freshman Assembly in a hurried fashion. An interesting creature this Naoko, if it were not for moments like these she wouldn't need his help for the elections.
He may even consider her an equal.
Though Kim was sure he was wholey superior to the well dressed woman hurriedly making her way toward the Assembly Hall, he was also certain that he wouldn't have even given Mami the time of day back when they all first met. Funny how time and circumstance changes people.
Watching the love of his life run to greet her best friend, Kim straigtens his glasses to reflect the light (he was good at that), slinging the case containing his laptop "Shi-qi" over his shoulder and began moving to meet the girls who recently have had something to do with one aspect of his life or another.
"You're late Naoko. How unlike a President." says Kim catching up and putting his free arm around Mami. Kim spoke fully knowing that the implications would not go unnoticed. He also knew that with his influence over the various clubs, Naoko was a lock anyways. There could be a demonic invasion tomorrow and her chances would still be good.
"I trust you have your speech atleast. Good luck. We have to be on time to our first class of the year. Shall we Mami?" He did so enjoy teasing Naoko. Of course there was no hurry, he had already arranged for his schedule to almost mimic Mami's. They were even lab partners in 1st period Bio.
"4) Lastly, there were some video games that also weakened the MMMG. Most of these games were played at John's house be they video game or rpg." -Celest
"Damn you, Big Brother. Damn you." -Curulambe
"I was told our base was for the Black Man." - batman
Sweeping out of the cab, Naoko Sakuraba shook the hair from her eyes as she surveyed the area with one cool glance. Noticing Mami and Kim heading her way, she picked her bag up and stepped their way, taking the moment to re-adjust her clothing from the cab ride. Hearing Mami’s question, Naoko smiled at the other girl, waiting a few moments for Asako to catch up.
“Hey there, Mami. I decided to sleep in, a little, I suppose.” Shrugging, she saw the scowl Asako sent her way. Laughing a little, Naoko hugged the girl and conceded the point to her best friend. “And yes, Asako came swooping in to rescue the damsel in distress once again.”
Noticing Kim step up to the girls, Naoko nodded in response to his question. "Fashonably late, Kim. Things haven't started yet, I don't have to set anything up, and I am not expected until the assembly starts. So, thus, I only appear to be late. And yes, " she smiled darkly at the man, "I have my speech ready." Seeing the excited look on Mami’s face as Kim put his around the girl, Naoko leaned in towards the younger girl, giving Kim a rather significant look. For a moment she grinned like the 17 year old schoolgirl that she was. “We’ll have to have a Girls Chat later about your date last night, without your man around of course…”
Looking over the school grounds, Naoko took in the various groups heading towards the doors, carefully noting the pods that the freshmen had assigned themselves to. Taking a moment to note who was chatting with whom, she turned back to the other three, her face set to business smile #3, “Time to get to work and Focus”.
“Asako,” Hearing the tone her voice, both other girls straightened a little, and almost reflexively took a step forward to make a little closed circle. Naoko couldn’t help but notice how both Mami and Asako left a little room open for Kim. Noting that for later, she cleared her head and went to handing out assignments. “Asako, I heard some rumors that last years president might have had a protégé running this year. See if you can’t find out any information on it. Mami, be a doll and see if you can’t figure out how the clubs memberships are going to change with the freshmen coming in-school. And Kim…” Looking the man over, she still wasn’t sure how much actual work she wanted to give him. He seemed to be loyal, especially if the feelings he showed for Mami were more or less true, but… Making a snap decision, she decided to just roll with the results if something went wrong later.
“Kim, see how last night’s meteor shower is affecting people. Does the populace think it’s a good omen? Bad news? Is the Astrology group going to get a huge member boost? See what you can find. And I,” Naoko swept back her hair and made sure everything was in place. “I have a speech to attend to. See you girls later.”
Turning briskly, Naoko headed toward the Assembly Hall, wearing smile #5, “I would be happy to help with anything you need.”
He looked at the name topping the list. Long ago, the profile had been made and he was still proud of his name: irreverent. Though the katakana was less of a western approach, he Nobu had tried to get close. In the end, it was his name at the top of the list. It was he who had more points than almost anyone else there. Raising up with the rest of the group, he smiled to them. "Ok, so you Freshmen aren't so bad. Meet up in the GR room at lunch for eight-on-eight CTF. Rules will be Iron Emporer." He walked to his friend, Toko. She had dressed herself in a gothic lolita outfit today; black and white with fierce pink trim. The streak in her hair betrayed her loyalties to the cults of J-rock worshippers. Aotsuki could only roll his eyes. "Come on, Goretsuba. We have first hour together, right?"
The buxom woman beside him simply smiled. "Yeah," She spoke with velvet on her lips and darkness in her throat. "We won't have to worry about the 'Brat Pack' either, I think. They're in Precalculus first. We've got...'
They finished the sentence together, "Study Hall." Nobu shuffled along, dreading the headache that inevitably came with the first day of school. Fortunately, it was only one day. For him, it was a day that signaled the end of dominating global gameplay. At least he knew that others were in his very exact predicament. Looking around at the new faces, he sighed. He made his way into the library first. The two seemed an odd duo, Nobu in his American style 'grunge' clothes and Toko with her gothic. But the two had been neighbors for years. More than a decade, now. They had been there for each other like surrogate siblings for equally long. Now, they sat down at the same table. Cracking a manga, Toko looked over to see what Aotsuki had brought. He simply pulled out an issue of Game Informer and read.
Souji Oshiro steps out of the gaming room, wiping a few drops of sweat off his brow. DDR is his sport and no one can challenge him and succeed. At this point he can do it in his sleep and often listens to the songs on his lab top with his feet franticly moving by memorization. With only maybe 2 minutes left before his first class begins he hooks up his head phones to his lap top and turns up the volume.
Casually strolling up the stairs some other classmates waves franticly at him. They start talking to him but not being able to hear what they are saying he smiles and gives them a friendly nod. Continuing up the steps Souji looks at his schedule to confirm the room not even paying attention to the subject. When he looks up he notices everyone running to their designated prison cells. He assumes the bell rang.
The last one in the hallway, he turns off his lap top and stops his class room door from being closed. "I'll get that for you Teacher." Ignoring any scowl the teacher may be giving he takes his seat in the classroom he looks at the other students who seem to be eagerly awaiting the rush of knowledge that this class could give them (Souji still wasn't sure what class this was).
Yay, another year

More rushing after a bit of absentmindedness thinks Rin to himself as he gets off his moped. Fast walking to class he reflects on the meteor shower last night and his subsequent inspired poem. It was almost hopeful with a hint of fear of the unknown. It seemed to have come directly from his subconscious emotions he muses.
Keeping to his own little world he doesn't acknowledge other students he encounters, simply letting his mind wander to more pleasant thoughts such as the painting he is working on or if yet another plant would look nice in his dorm room, and how Tarou is going to like his new home.
When Rin gets to class he heads to an empty spot and sets his backpack with his supplies and laptop on the floor at his feet.
Maybe this year will hold something to look forward to afterall.
He who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.
Hikaru smiled sweetly and said to the boys, "That would be lovely. I would love to see the Fields." She listen to the boys chatter on. "I'm a freshmen this year. I'm in the archery club. I've taken privet lessons for a while now and would like to see what this school has to offer. I'm not from around here so maybe one of you boys could help me find my way?"
Hikaru smiled and turned to walk backwards as they headed back toward the school. "So do any of gentlemen know where this assembly is? I just got here week ago. I'm afraid I haven't really had time to explore the school any." Looking at both of them know that they both would jump on the chance to help her.
She flipped to long hair over her shoulder and linked arms with both boys, "I can tell just by meeting you two that I'll have a blast at this new school." She let the two boys lead her into the school and to where the meeting was to be held.
"You think that you can tell us apart? Many have tried, but then again, many have failed. What do you think the price for that is?" The Three Sisters Lylie-governess to a child of the first plain "You grew up. Thats a shame. The carousel never stops turning. You cant get off either. Its a shame."
Antaeus: You and Mami make it to advance biology with a few minutes to spare. For a Junior Mami is incredibly smart so lucky for you both she was able to get into the usually senior class. The teacher, Mr. Peri, is an odd little man. Short and squat and mostly bald, he is way to enthusiastic about the subject he teaches, not to mention he tends to act like a kid himself at times. He decides that for the first day of school the class will do something "fun" and dissect sheep's eyes, something every one already had done in their previous biology class. A few stifle moans as the class shuffles about the class room collecting their supplies while Mr. Peri passes out the eyes on trays. Mami squeals and insists that she sit on the far end of the table while you do all the cutting and she makes the sketches. The smell from the formaldehyde is horrible as you cut open the vac sealed bag.
Artemi: You and Asako part ways as she heads to to first class and you make your way to the assembly hall's back entrance and walk up onto the stage. You find a folding chair waiting for you and take you seat. Luckily your semi-late arrival goes unnoticed by the Headmaster, Miss Kuso. As the freshmen file in and find seats you prepare your self for you short speech to welcome them and tell them about the up coming elections and how they might get involved in Student Government. The crowd gets silent as all are seated and the Headmaster addresses the new students welcoming them. She talks for a few minutes and calls to the podium a few others sitting in chairs with you, the American-football coach, one of the dorm mother's from the freshmen dorms, and two teachers. Lastly Miss Kuso introduces you as a fellow classmate and calls you up to the stand.
Eun: Study hall is uneventful. The Librarian, Mr. Yoshi, passes out papers outlining study hall rules. You like Mr. Yoshi, last year he would let you go up to the Gaming room and play every now and then. His daughter was also a regular at the arcade. You reminded your self that she started school this year as a freshmen and you hope she would join the Gamers club.
Dyne: You slip into a seat in the back of the class. Looking up for a moment you see written onto the white board "Calculus, Mr. Subo". Mr. Subo stands at the front of the class and begins talking, probably an introduction of the class. You haven't decided if you want to turn off your music yet.
Beast: looking around the class room it is a nice room. Looks of natural lighting and opens spaceto set up canvases. A woman stands at the front of the room. She is unlike any other teacher you have seen so far as she is obviously American with blonde hair and green eyes framed behind sliver rimmed glasses. She introduces herself as Mrs. Lee and says she is a new teacher at the school. She gets the class started by set up a still life and tells the class to translate the still life using their favorite medium or which ever they are most comfortable with.
Lylie: The Archery fields look good an you look forward to trying them out after school, walking quickly the boys lead you to the Main Hall and show you were the freshmen assembly is, both trying to flirt with you the whole time though neither is good a it. They are sophomores, Tobo and Ryu. One is in the Gamers club and the other in computers. They get you to the assembly with little time to spare. As you walk get in side the bell rings and you smile as you know both will probably be late to their class. Sitting in the back the Headmistress addresses the you and your classmates welcoming you to the school. You drift in and out of daydreams about the archery club and impressing any there with your skills. You’ve had a good amount of training and have been shooting the bow since you were 9. You may even be better than any one there having so much formal training. Your skill will be the key to making some good friends.
“…And, as you all know there a numerous clubs on Heaven’s High, which you are required to participate in at least one. I’m sure you have been looking into what is available so far; you still have a week or so to figure out your final schedules, so take your time picking things that you might really enjoy!
As current President of the Student Council, I would like to once again welcome you all to your first days at Heaven’s High!” Finishing up her speech with a flourish and large smile, Naoko bowed deeply before she turned and walked back to her seat at the back of the stage. Flopping a little in her chair, she smiled at assembled adults as one of the freshmen dorm mothers stood to take her place at the podium.
These speeches always seemed to wear her out, like she had just finished running a race. It was defiantly a rush, though, knowing that her words would go far in molding this next year for these freshmen. Thinking back over her speech, she noted that parts could have been a little more polished, but overall not bad as her first major action as Student President-elect. Thinking back over the crowd, she couldn’t tell yet how this year’s freshmen were going to learn. She could have sworn that she saw a few interested looks when she mentioned the upcoming student elections coming up, though, and that was always a good sign.
Pulling her small water bottle out of her messenger bag, Naoko sipped at it contemplatively, thinking back over her strange dreams last night. Odd, that she couldn’t quite remember them even this early this morning…
Kim didn't mind cutting the eye and putting various parts of it into various trays for Mami's observation, indeed he felt it theraputic. Kim didn't mind active labs either as he prefered them to lectures, most of which he never pays any attention to. Today, however, there was something annoying him about this class. Like this...this busy work was keeping him from accomplishing something more important today. Anxiety was the word Kim was looking for and he found it suitable to current mental state. Kim would definately start hitting up his sources for info on this meteor shower after his study periods were over.
Then again, he could just be paying the price for skipping breakfast.
"Mami-chan, do you have any idea what has Naoko so spooked about the meteor shower last night?" Kim stopped his psuedo-surgery for dramatic effect.
"You aren't phased by it, I wasn't phased by it. It just seems strange that this would get to our beloved Matriarch."

"I was told our base was for the Black Man." - batman
Hm, Calculus. Math is easy. I'll ace the tests in this class just like every other.
Souji turns the music off and looks at his classmates. Most of them are paying attention the class introduction. A few students, himself for example, found themselves to be worrying about much more important subjects.
I should have eaten this morning. I just wasn't hungry. I'm hungry now. American style waffles sound amazing right about now. I haven't had those all summer. Was that girl just checking me out? Maybe I'll give her my number after class. Why wait? Maybe I'll give it to her now.
He pulls a page of paper off his music journal and tears off a little piece. He then writes his number on the different notes making a cute little melody with his number. Folding it up, he slides it over the desk beside him when the teacher wasn't looking. Giving the girl a little wink he turns his head and looks out the window.
I think If I take Mozart's Piano Concerto no. 21 in C Major and put a underling base line. Kick up the beat and put some extra snare I could get a good techno mix. I wonder if it would work. I'll try it after school today.

A new teacher? Well at least I'm not the only one new here thinks Rin. Our choice too. She must want to size the students up and find our strengths, weaknesses, and preferences and work her agenda from there.
He pulls out some of his supplies, acrylic paints, a few brushes, a small thermos with water, and paper. He sets up a a canvas and he uses a little water for mixing in with the paint and dampening the paper, and also puts some in the cap of the thermos for cleaning the brushes so the paint won't dry on them. Well time to paint another adventure, he thinks with a smile.
For a few moments for looks the still life over then clearing his mind of everything as he enters his own little world again and happily begins to paint. He works the diluted acrylic like watercolor, giving it thin layers of transparent glazes, one atop another after the previous one dries.
Nothing relaxes and brings oneself together and produces such happiness and tranquility quite like art, he sighs.
He who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.
Nobu couldn't help but feel pent up in the room. Unfortunately, because it was the first day back, no one would be going anywhere today. In any case, he decided to try. Approaching Mister Yoshi, he bowed courteously. "Sensei, may I go up to the Gamer's Room today, please?" He returned to his full height whil awaiting his response. Anything, anyplace, was far more interesting today than Study Hall.
Hikaru's mind wondered through the whole speech. She caught a few things like, elections and school year being good, but for the most of the time her mind was on other things.
I wonder who else is on the archery team? Hmm... I wonder if they will be any good? Will they look good? I hope so. Sensei is nice, but not easy on the eyes. Hmm... I hope that they are good enough to shoot as well as I do.
I wonder when lunch is? I forgot breakfast with how excited I was to be in a new school. Ohh no. I forgot that club that mama wanted me to be in. The cooking club. I hope that I don't burn the water this time. Mama still can't figure out how I did that.
I wonder where my first class is? I wish that I would have been here for orientation. Maybe I can get someone to help me find it.
"You think that you can tell us apart? Many have tried, but then again, many have failed. What do you think the price for that is?" The Three Sisters Lylie-governess to a child of the first plain "You grew up. Thats a shame. The carousel never stops turning. You cant get off either. Its a shame."
Artemi: Miss Kuso finishes up the orientation just in time for the 8:50 bell. You quickly pull out your class schedule to check where you have to go. Study Hall. You remember that Kim had managed to get you, Asako, Mami and himself all into study hall together. Hopefully they had been able to collect some of the information you wanted by now, if not it would be a good opportunity for them to do so. You recalled the librarian Mr. Yoshi. He was a fair man, he stuck to the rules most of the time but he made it enjoyable. As it was the first day no one would be allowed to leave Study Hall, however that didn't mean he couldn't take the whole class outside like he often did on beautiful days such as this. You stand up and head off the stage for your 9 o'clock class.
Ant: Mami looks up from her drawing and smiles. "Well, every one is talking about it. Usually you know about Meteor showers well in advance. This one came rather suddenly; I think the public was notified only a week ago about it. But I'm sure Naoko has her reasons. Maybe she wants to use it for her re-election, tie it in with her job as a Miko. You know how she is; she tires to take everything seriously to always be well prepared." She finishes her drawing. "We better hurry and finish. We have Study Hall with Naoko next and she'll want a status report." The two of you finish up and you manage to ask a few people about the meteor shower while every one is cleaning up. They all seem to agree that it is a good omen, though a two say they aren't really superstitious like that. Mr. Peri collects the drawings and assigns Chapter one's review questions as homework due on Friday. The bell rings and Mami grabs your hand pulling you towards the library.
Dyne: Class goes smoothly. The whole class was a review of things you learned the pervious year. The whole week would probably be review. The bell rings and Mr. Subo stands next to the door passing out the assignment as your classmates file out. As you walk pass him he holds on to the paper as you take it from him. “I do not care for tardiness, Mr.Oshiro, you were lucky this time. Do not count on it the next. He lets go of the paper and allows you to walk out the class. As you make your way into the hall way for your next class, Music Theory, a slim figure with blue hair slips by and lightly bumps into you. You look up and see it was the same girl you had passed your number to. She smiles at you and turns around flipping her hair. You realize a small slip of paper in your hand. She must have slipped it in when she passed by.
Beast: Time passes at you paint the still life of flowers and a draped silk scarf. Lost in your thoughts and your art you are caught by surprise when some one taps your shoulder. Looking up to see Mrs. Lee smiling at you through her glasses. “You may want to start cleaning up, class ends in five minutes.” She looks at your work and smiles even bigger. “Well done. I love how you’ve mixed the colors. I can see you have a lot of experience, no one else choose acrylics. Very good. You can leave it to dry on the self in the back.” She walks away looking at the work of other students. You clean up your space and finish just in time for the bell. You next class is Algebra on the second floor, you remind your self.
Eun: Mr. Yoshi looks up from the attendance sheet. “I’m sorry Nobu but I’m not allowed to let any one leave class today. However I’ve just finished attendance…” he trails off a bit and stands up addressing the rest of the class. “Students, it would be a shame to waste such a beautiful day. Every one pack up and let’s head out to the front lawn. You will be dismissed from there.” He picks up a few papers and looks back at you. “You can use your computer out there, Nobu. I know you have more than a few games on it.” Out side you find two other gamers with laptops. You recognize them as gamers from the arcade though they aren’t in the club. They actually challenge you to a fantasy based online battle game. Smiling you accept. Sitting in the shade you make them regret their challenge in less than 10 minutes. One grumbles and walks away while the other, named Aso, goes on and on commenting on your skill and singing your praises. Toko shakes her head at you arms crossed while Aso asks you to help him beat level 32 in the game you just played. You walk him through the level in co-op and finish it just in time for the bell. Packing up your laptop you head to your next class, Advanced Computers.
Lylie: You look at your schedule and see your next class is Gym. The bell rings as the Headmaster finishes her speech. Standing up in the sea of freshmen you look around for some one to help you. You see a few boys looking at you a bit shyly, freshmen like your self. You also see the girl you spoke during the assembly, she’s class president if you remember correctly, Naoko you think her name was. You wonder who you should ask for help.
Hikaru looks between the two and thinks. I'll most likely see those boys in my classes. The president I won't see. Having that worked out she runs up to the president.
"Umm... Excuse me, Miss Sakuraba?" She asks as she bows. "I'm quite new to the area and missed the orientation. I figured that since you were the president, you could tell me where the gym is?" Hikaru smiled pleasantly and waited for an answer.
"You think that you can tell us apart? Many have tried, but then again, many have failed. What do you think the price for that is?" The Three Sisters Lylie-governess to a child of the first plain "You grew up. Thats a shame. The carousel never stops turning. You cant get off either. Its a shame."
Study hall. Kim's favorite 'class' ever. Not only is their absolutely no structure to it, but it allowed you to get important things done with little to no interuption. Even better, the attendant rutinely let the entire period outside to do whatever needed to be done in the sun and calm breeze that often made its way through this part of the mountains. Even even better, Kim had totally aced-over some of the faculty during his time as an office worker, which allowed him to use Shi-qi to shuffle around his friends' shedules all for 9 a.m study hall.
Kim allowed himself a small chuckle as he took his seat at the thought of his 'friends'. Stopping by the office copier, Kim wondered just how he was going to be used next by Naoko, espcially concerning this whole meteor buisness. Kim had constructed a simple plan involving a questionnaire on how the reader felt about the shower last night, distributing them at the begining of study hall and gathering them up at the end of the period---all under the guise of a school newspaper project. Not only would it get his 'mission' done, he'd also actually turn the results into the school paper so they would owe him a favor in the future.
Tensai.
Arriving slightly early, Kim eyes the attendand and moves in for the kill. "Yoshi-sensei, would it be alright if I were to pass these questionnaires out? They would be for the school newspaper." said Kim in as soft a tone as he could muster without sounding wierd. Time for the finishing touch, he recalled the editor of the paper and used that to validate his story.
"Nakimura-san does not want todays paper to go out without a story about the meteor shower and sends his deepest appologies for the short notice."

Rin bows to the teacher politely and thanks her. He smiles as he gently puts his new piece on the shelf to dry and quickly looks at other pieces already there.
Maybe I little went overboard there he thinks. If my artwork is praised more than any others a rift may form between me and the other students. Art is basically what I love to do and to be outcast by other artists because of jealousy is not a good sign. On the other hand it may be a sign that more students will aspire to be more like him and flock to be his friends. But I don't want a posse, I want peers.
He sighs and presses these matters out of his head and making sure he has all his supplies Rin makes his way to the second floor for his algebra class. Not his favorite subject but he always gets by, if he can keep his mind on the topic at hand. Well today at least he is resolved to pay complete attention and make a good impression.
Walking into the classroom he picks a random empty seat and quietly waits for the class to begin.
Stepping out of the Hall, Naoko watched the people around her, smiling and nodding whenever someone came her way. Keeping up appearances, she turned and noticed a pretty girl looking up at her. Taking a moment to review what the girl said, she broke into a large, helpful smile.
“You are looking for the gym?” She waved her hand to the left, indicating the hallway next to them. “If you head down to the end of the hall and exit, the gym should be in the building to your left.” Narrowing her eyes, Naoko realized that this girl looked familiar. Thinking back, her eyes widened a little as she remembered.
“Ah! Wait, I do know you. You’re that new girl on the archery team!” She paused a moment, sizing the other girl up. “I have heard you’re pretty good; I’ll see you after school, I suppose then.” Naoko gave the other girl a smile. Unlike student government, her archery skills were strictly for her personal enjoyment. While she had developed a fine eye, she was still a long way off from being the best in the club. “Perhaps you can give me some pointers.”
Looking at the piece of paper Souji smiles. Listed next to a phone number is a name, Erika. He puts her number in his wallet next to about thirteen other numbers that can only be from other girls he met over the summer. He puts her number on top making a mental note to remember to call her.
He picked up his pace as he walked to music theory. Of all his classes this is the one he's looking forward to the most. He has always hidden his musical talent from people. Locking himself in his room and pretending to not care in music class was just a show to cover up the fact that music is his eternal love. It calms him and makes him feel like there is something more than just this mundane prison that people call school. Late at night he pours his passion over his staff paper scribbling in music notes when his roommate is asleep, only stopping to head to the dance club. Music always flows though his ears even in complete silence.
Souji finds himself standing outside the doorway to his class a bit early. To not seem eager about the class he leans against the wall next to the room and waits to the last minute to slip in and take a seat in the back.
"Can I get a crystal ball?" Says PC1
"No." Says GM
"Why not? It's a class feature of mine," PC1 replies.
