This is a rather intresting story, and goes to proove that not all is wrong with the world. Even while robbing a store at gunpoint doesn't mean you can't be polite while doing it.

Seeing this pop to the top reminded me. At a management meeting I had to attend they said we need to be smiling and polite 100% of the time. If the guest is rude or they are doing something just be polite and always keep smiling.
