Tony Stark has built Spidey a new suit that looks like a mix of Iron Man and Spider-Man. What is your opinion on this new thing?

Actually that was built for him sometime last year. In the events of the Civil War spider-man was on opposite forces of Iron Man and Iron man could control his nano-suit. Spider-man quickly shed the suit and donned on his old red and blue spandex for the remaining part of the civil war.
Of interesting note spider man has developed some new powers. For one he now has stingers that can retract out of his wrist and poison his enemy. He can also shoot this poison at a short distance.
The iron spider suit is old news, not anything new.

just because it's old news to people who stay abrest of the situations in the comic world, doesn't mean that everyone knew about it. Personally I didn't know about it, and I'm sure alot of people here didn't know about it either.
