The results of the cleanup were moderate and we've begun to see some of the things we need to do better. There is one, radical change that will be occurring immediately: Staff.
As of the 10th, the Temple of the Heavens is no longer accepting Staff Applications. Additionally, we are not assigning or promoting Staff any further. This leaves us with the inevitable: Dismissal. In reaction to this and to requests, we have dismissed three Staff members and have begun working on readjusting Staff duties.

As always, we encourage growth in the community and this is simply part of a decided course of such growth. Eventually, perhaps we'll reopen the Staff ranks to application. For now, however, it remains quiet.
