My first response to the question posed by this thread was "Spiderman 3. It has Venom in it."

I am really looking forward to this movie. Also Spiderman 3 is on my list to see because of Venom.
But I also have a deep rooted fear that needs to be quelled.
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and Topher Grace as Eddie Brock.
Anyone else have a problem with this?

Dude, I still remember way back when they FIRST started talking about this, and they had Leonardo Dicaprio all lined up and everything.
I can't imagine how it would get any worse then that.

Ok, not really familar with this comic in particular, but I do remember you guys complaining about Leo playing the part so I'm glad to see him out of the picture.
I will probably go see it as I have made an effort to see all the Marvel movies.

I just love that they have the caption as Stark Enterprises Prototype.
It's the classic red and gold that soon followed the clunky one that got him out of the jungle.

Wait... prototype? I thought that was the Ultimate Marvel version of the armor? Hmm... And... wait a sec. If this is using the Ultimate Iron Man... then that means Nick Fury might be in here... Which would mean the Ultimate version... who's looks are based off of good 'ol Samuel L. Jackson. I wonder if he'll be in the movie, too! *laugh* Best movie evar! |

Marvel Enterprises is planning on doing an Avengers movie, but it isn't going to happen until they introduce each character into their own movie. And rumors state that they have been talking to Samuel L. Jackson to play Fury.
Also in the up-coming movie Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D

They released a trailer for the movie. It looks completely and totally awesome. I am eagerly anticipating this one. "They say the best weapon is one you never have to fire, I say the best weapon is one you only have to fire once." I also have no more reservations about Robert Downey Jr. playing Stark. The Merchant of Death. |
