I don't really keep my ear too close to the grapevine when it comes to card errata and bannings, but this struck me as odd.
The upshot for the non-interested is that discard was (is) an extremely powerful force in UFS. So much so that it is almost impossible to actually play against some people. The card in question pretty much gave the finger to those builds.
What I don't understand is why? Did it hurt the game so much that it made discard unplayable? Laughable.
