On Tuesday, July 19, Magic lost a beloved member of its community. Artist Glen Angus suffered an unexpected health problem and passed away suddenly and far, far too early. He was only in his mid-thirties and is survived by his wife and two children. He also leaves behind a trail as far as the eye can see of heartbroken friends. I am both lucky and unlucky to have known Glen—lucky to have spent time with him and enjoyed the subtle circus of his presence, and unlucky to now know what the world is now missing.
This is, honestly, a shock to me and, I'm quite certain, the whole of the Magic community. May the heavens rest your soul, Glen. You will be missed.
