This picture says to me, "James, you need to buy a blue precon." To which I say, "Oh, yes."

From right to left, there are five precons, like usual. Now, if the trend for the precon art stays the same, then they will contain those respective legendary creatures:
Green: Molimo, Maro-Sorcerer
Black: Ascendant Evincar
Red: Kamahl, Pit Fighter
Blue: Arcanis the Omnipotent
White: WHOTHEBLOODYGOVISTHAT~!?!?!

Also, note that the precon box has a largish mang on it. My guess: A Colossus. Not sure which one, though.

they do sometimes use different and new artworks and all that. Maybe it's a new drawig of someone we all know and love like Orim or someone like that. I know all the other boxes use old pics but it wouldn't be the first time that Wizards as messed with our heads.

Cool Stuff Inc. seems to think Knight of Dusk and Diabolic Tutor are coming back, with what I am guessing is new art. At the very least, those are the 10th Ed card sleeves they have for preorder.

Knight of Dusk is confirmed as #15 by Cool Stuff Inc.. I don't think I can directly link to the picture, but it's the second sleeve on the Ultra Pro list, after Diabolic Tutor.

As for #18, Paladin en-Vec HAS been confirmed as coming back. I would say thats a decent guess of picture.

Also, Underground River was yesterday's preview, though I didn't get a picture. It's got new art, I think, though we'll see if we get ALL of the pain lands, or just the ally ones.

Pre-release? They haven't mentioned ANYTHING about that on Wizards. I am considering going to the big release, but we'll see. I'd kinda like a copy or two of that shiny Reya, especially seeing as the foil is probably the only one with a quote...

maybe they dont have prereleases for these things. I don't really know. All I can say is that by my calculations, they should have been this weekend.

Oh well, maybe I'll try to get to one of the release events too. One wonder if Blue Dragon still holds them.

It's called Magic Game Day 2007. It also involves promo foil Reya Dawnbringers. Curious, yet?

Additionally, we've been failing to cover some of the imagery, but there are some hot cards coming back. Each color gets two Legendary Creatures, the Legacy Weapon is being reprinted, and some of the Legends are getting new arts. Here's the list thus far:

If you haven't heard yet, Foils are NOT getting reminder text. This is truely HOT, and I sincerly hope they continue this. It would stop ALL the bitching about reminder text, I suspect.
