i was up late last night and i was thinking. what would happen if you took the original five colors of magic and made some new ones. would it be like brown, purple, pink? and what would be the main idea behind each of the new colors. also what would be some new creature types for the colors, or ones that already exist and would predominate in the color?

Yes, as an April's Fools joke from Inquest, they "leaked" information about the Sixth color of magic. It was purple. Check them out here.  So then. Let's argue. It has been said that the arguable colors are Orange and Purple. Which shall we discuss? |

that is a good question. i did not know that they had a joke about new colors. mabey the land for orange would be sun shrine, or something to that affect.

nah the orange lands would have a picture of an orange on it. whats wronge with you people. of course it would have oranges, its the only logical thing to have on an orange card.

I would actually imagine the color Purple as a kind of astral plane.... So I can likewise see Cephalids, Vedalkens, Illthid, and Szadek there.
On the topic of Orange, I could kind of get this vibe from orange dealing with spontaneous thought with logical action. Kind of a contradiction. I could see things like Humans, Dragons, and even something like Insects.

see insects and oranges go together. i can see it now. a rotten orange with insects swarming around it. that will be the land. and then the boarders for the orange cards are orange with green flecks that look like mold.

Thats what makes it all the better Celest ^_^. But I have to go with Eun on this one, and go with purple. Not only is it my favorite colour, but it allso opens up more cards to be used/abused by this group and countless other card floppers ^_^
