I like Ulasht, but damn... Teysa is exactly the type of card that W/B needs. I can see her doing A LOT of damage to creature decks that aren't based on token production.
Now all she needs to become truly dominant within guild battles is for black to gain T2 token generation. Breeding Pit in Dissention anybody?

Ulasht is a fun card, though it seems a tad undercosted to me. *shrug* Still, the "Ulasht, Hate Seed"? That is an awesome name. It is a name that invokes a sense of madness, in the Cthulu style.
I think green is the only color that is going to get lots token generation in the Ravnica block. I don't think Black is going to see much of it... They could, I suppose, reprint the Autocrat...
Besides, Teysa already HAS backup. Twilight Drover gets supercharged by her! Infact, if not careful, these two cards together could very quickly destroy the board, even in multiplayer games. You would just need a couple Spirit tokens to get things started...
