Yeah... that is rather quite impressive. I... don't really know what to say. *laugh*
And yes, as to your statement, the Chief (and all Spartans, I believe) is ambidextrous. They are raised since childhood to be soldiers; I imagine over that time frame one could be taught how to do things like that.

They are raised since childhood to be soldiers; I imagine over that time frame one could be taught how to do things like that. not to mention that in the books it says that they are the children raised to be soilders were the clones of real children, and you could possibly alter some DNA there, also the DNA experimentation they went through to become the superhumans they are later on in life.

Ambidexterity isn't a learned behavior. For example, my brother is left handed, but the Nuns in his Catholic school thought the left was the "Devil's" hand. So they forced him to learn to write right handed. After 55 years, his handwriting is still horrible. That is why he prints, even his signature, but that isn't much better. The brain's pathways are more comfortable working to one side or the other. That comfort level makes us left- or right- handed. About 6 to 10% of people are ambidextrous. Maybe they chose the Spartans because they switch-hit.
