To be fair, anything that is found in this section of the forum could also be put in the Elder's Storybook section as well. This is because the Journals of the Wandering are simply a more specialized version of the Storybook. The Journals of the Wandering section is specifically for journals of the charcacters from the Worldcage RPG and other RPGs on this forum.
For example, the thread Lt. Douglas C. Rothchilde (Worldcage) is his personal journal and is considered part of the Worldcage RPG (note however that this is an optional part of that game and is not required by any means). Some GM/DM/STs may want or require you to keep an in-character journal for their games, or you may just want another excuse to be downright creative. Whatever the reason... this is where they all go.
Posting up the journal is easy. Create a new thread for the journal and make the subject line your character's name and put the RPG he/she is from in parenthesis. The body of your post is then whatever the journal would read. It's that simple.
Any time that you would like to post up another entry into your character's journal, simply reply to the original thread. Your subject line may then read as whatever is necessary for the entry (you may wish to use it for the date of entry or title of entry for example). The body stays the same.
Due to the way this is set up... please refrain from posting replies to other people's journals. If you wish to make a comment to them about it, you should do so over the PM system.
Keep in mind though... as of current, Temple rules still apply to these journals at all times. Creative expression is one thing, but outright breaking the rules is another.
