Cautiously trying to avoid making more noise, Drevin sneaked towards the previously unseen door, deciding to take a peek inside. For that, however, he'd probably need to pick the lock.
The woman dropped to her knees, pleading with Seiko. She looked terrified. "What is it that you want from me, my mistress? I can let these men go, if you want?!" She brought her hands up, shakily dissipating the spell holding all of the men under her control.
(the Back Store Room)
The lock opens deftly in your hands, after you spend but a moment on it. Swinging the door open, however, makes a large, creaking noise. It does not bring anyone over immediately, however.
Looking inside the room, you notice that it is a storage room, filled with barrels, crates, and a few large chests. You notice that one in particular has the top swung open; you can see a pile of shiny things from the door way.
Seiko smiles. "That is exactly what I want. You will let each and every one of the men you enslaved return to their homes. Every single one. Is that understood? Even those you have sent away must be returned. You may then comtinue your assignment, however you must NOT use mind control. You will travel and preach the good word of St. Eva. That alone will be your tool to find servents for St. Eva's holy and divine will." Seiko lands infront of the woman and folds her wings behind her. "Is that understood?"
Opening the small chest, you notice a well-made wooden boomerang, dyed blue and covered in delicate silver designs. It is sitting on a pile of well polished stones, very similar to the ones that Cheska had shown you earlier. They had been cut into elegant crystals in varied designs, some prisms and others orbs. Leaning against the wall behind the chest, sits a long sword, wrapped in an elegant blue sheathe, with the same silver design as the boomerang.
Suddenly in the room behind him, Drevin hears groans and confused muttering echoing through the doorway of the kitchen.
(Bedroom)
The woman nodded her head, terrified. "Yes, yes, I will release the men here at once. But..." She shook her head, then raised her hands and concentrated. Speaking low words to herself, she clapped her hands together once, and the room was covered in a brief flash of light. The two Fae men by the door, along with the ones by the bed, suddenly collapsed. The slowly picked themselves off the floor, sounding confused.
Once done, the woman sat back, twisting her hands together, biting her lip a little. "I... can't do anything about the men that are already gone. They are outside of my area of control; they must be under the power of their current masters..."
==== Ok, Drevin has found a Blue Boomerang and a Blue Saber. They are the same as normal weapons of their type, except they contain a single rank of Massive Damage, that only applies to strikes by that weapon. So, basically, add +2 to the normal damage of the weapons.
As for the men, they are all off the curse. The whole party gets 1000 exp for 'defeating' the woman, and another 500 for freeing the men. Which means that the PC's level up. If you need any help doing so, just say something.

(OOC: Are the stones ripe for the taking? Or are they worthless?)
Drevin smirked, as he was sure he had found some good stuff. He took the boomerang and the sword, and placed them on his belt; while he couldn't use it, not being used to it, one of the others might be able of doing so. He then checked those stones, but the noise he heard wasn't exactly a good thing to him.
Seiko scowled at the woman. "Then I suggest you go and find them and release them. Tell of your encounter here if you must. On your way it would be a good opportunity to find replacements, in the manner I suggested ofcourse."
The young woman shook her head, trembling a little at the command given to her by Seiko. "I... will try, my mistress. But, they may not listen to me. I may not be able to convince their masters to let them go..."
Noting the hard glare thrown her way, she scrunched up a little, pulling into herself. "I will... try to do my best, though. Let me... Let me just get some things..." She turned a scurried in the back dressing area. You hear the sounds of drawers opening and closing quickly.
Trillian poked her head through the door, looking around. Seeing the other woman gone, she stepped in and walked over to the two Fae men with Los. The young man looked over the two, then shook his head. "They should be fine, but it will take a couple hours before they are in any condition to do much. Mind effecting magic takes a while to wear off, even after it has been lifted."
Trillian looked at the boy, shaking her head. "Well... now what, then?" She looked around the room, then gave the side doorway a funny look. "And where did Drevin run off to?"
(the kitchens) Looking through the doorway, Drevin notice the men inside, lying on the floor or propped up against the wall. They were groaning and rubbing their head, as if a fog was slowly being lifted from them.
Seiko lowers her voice so not to be heard. "I presonally would mind going after the one who gave the order. That Lavant fellow she spoke of. The one we watched leave. If he gets a visit, then he will believe her tale and there will be a better chance of those men being released. Either way, we get out of her now. I don't want to be here when she comes out of that room. It will add more to the effect. Let us find some place to hide, now!." She rushes out of the room. "Come, lets gather your brother, Los, and find that Drevin follow."
Nodding mutely, Los nodded, running down the hall to get his brother. Behind him, Trillian closed the door, and odd look on her face. She looked to be thinking. Trailing after Seiko, she absently shut the doors behind her, Cheska looking at her nervously.
Coming into the kitchen, she almost ran into Drevin, who was coming out a side door. Jerked out of her revere, she looked up to see him carrying a few curious items. "Ho, there. What did you find?"

Drevin smirked. "Well, first, I found these," he said, motioning towards his newly-acquired weapons, "and a chest filled with stones, which I think you'll be interested in. Also, there are people here," he added as he walked back the way he had come from, motioning for them to follow him.
Seiko looks at Drevin coldly "nice to see you had confindence in your commades to handle things themselves. Gather your prizes. The people here are coming out of mind control. They'll be dazed, but they'll find their way home. Let's go. Now." She looks at Los. "Which one is your brother?"
You keep calling Los 'Pol'. Fixed that for you. *grin*
Los pointed to one man, with the same chocolate skin as himself. He was slumped on the floor, leaning against a barrel. He looked back at Seiko, a sad look in his eyes. "That... he's over there. Do you think you can get him? I'm not strong enough, I'm afraid...."
Trillian looked over at the stones that Drevin pointed out. Ducking back into the back room, she came back smiling, holding a handful of stones. Putting all but one of them into her pouch, she held it up to the light, examining it. "Thanks, Drevin. This looks like just the thing I could use."
Looking back up at Seiko, she compaired the size of the woman to the man on the floor. "Can you get him yourself, dear? Or do two people need to get the lug?"
Swiftly Seiko pulls the man up just enough to get under him. She positions him between her wings and lifts him up on to her back till his arms fall over her shoulders. She stands up carefully and looks at the others of her party hunch slightly to keep the man from falling. "I've got him. Let's go. Out the way we came, quickly. Once we're outside we can hide and decide what next to do." She then hurries quickly to the exit, becareful not to drop Los's brother.
Sorry about the long absence. I will be trying to get back to the game in a little bit, here. I expect to have a nice, shiny new game post in a few days.
Four travelers walked along a lonely, windswept road, deep in the wilderness that was so common along the Western Fringe. The four were an odd group, so common to adventuring groups of that time. A tall, willowy Grassrunner woman had the lead, and she was examining the trail in front of them, taking note of an oddly crushed bush. She had a small, squirrel-like Manou on her shoulder, which was looking intently around the area, sniffing the wind.
Standing behind the two was another tall woman, this one with a stockier build and an odd shade of pale grayish skin. She had her arms folded, watching the others, a look of patience written on her face. Sitting on the ground next to her was an Yggdrasil ‘man’, dressed in deceivingly simple clothing, toying his boomerang, looking a little impatient.
They had been traveling down the road, heading to the next town of Vornholst. They had received information that a Digger Clan member that they were searching for had gone this direction, and were one his trail. Along the way, however, they had run into oddly crushed bushes, and were currently trying to figure out what was going on.
Looking back at Seiko, Trillian stood from her crouch, shaking her head. “I am not really sure what is going on, but something is up. Bandits, maybe?”
Seiko walks forward and looks closely at the bushes. "In my expeience bandits are apt at sneak attacks. They hide in the brush but they don't crush it like this. If it was bandits, I'd say who ever they tried to rob was harder to steal from then they had expected." She looks around at the other bushes before standing straight again. "Well, we have two choices of course, continue on this path, or look for some evidence of who or what did this and follow the tracks. Either way, we should be on our guard." She looks over at Drevin, "Maybe you can get up and help us look for something."

Drevin looked at Seiko, a bit annoyed. "No 'please', I guess? But eh," he said, before getting up and 'sheathing' his boomerang. He then approached the rest of the group.
Looking back at the other two memebers of her party, Trillian frowned a little. "Can you two get along for just a little while? You two remind me of my little brothers..."
Stroking Cheris under the chin, she looked around, feeling like she was missing some valuable clues. Shrugging, she started down the path a little, when suddenly her ears perked up. She paused, then looked back, an animated look on her face. She pointed down the path. "I hear yelling down the road!"
