[In the Cave]
Jenene goes to where the party is forming. She says to Aboriam, "I do not understand, I know the room is magic however, there is no sign of a source." She takes her spot is the party. She thinks to herself This is the most puzzling magic I have seen in a long time, there is more then likely more rooms like this one in this cave. Putting her staff at the ready, she waits for the word to start moving.

Aboriam looked briefly and Jenene. "Magic IS[/i] puzzling." He then returned his attention to the area through the right-hand door.

Finding her place she took up a devince moving stance. melodie might have been a thief but she was a warrior first. what ever it was that happened had to of been strong.

Amie looks up to the others. Her hands still lightly toching the wall in hopes to find some writting. "Huh?" she asks briefly, "Oh sorry, I was looking for some trace of text. Unfortunately there isn't any. Who ever created this, did not care to claim their work, atleast not in the written form. But yes let us continue." She takes her postion again and readies her bow, still keeping a light spell in the back of her mind.

[In the Cave Room]
Jenene waits patiently for the party to start moving. While she waits she begins to think I wonder who cast the spell, the caster must have been very powerful to hide the source and the writing, if there is any. I wonder if we will find the caster soon. She continues to wait patiently for the party's advance. She continues to have her staff at the ready.

(Columned Room)
The room, lined with the same stones and metal filligree, glowed in the center. A single pedestal with a soft, velveteen pillow atop it, was the focus point of the gentle glow in the room. Across the way, on the north wall, was a single door. This door, much like the one the party had just entered from, had been left ajar. There isn't much in this room different from the last: There is dust and it seems to have been disturbed within the last month.
========== OOC: New room all! Enjoy!

[In The New Room]
Jenene enters the room and looks at the source of the magic. "Interesting, the dust was inter feared within the last month, the person or persons that were in here might be in this cavern somewhere." She begins to wonder I wonder what this pedestal was used for, I hope we find out the purpose soon. Jenene stands up and waits for further instructions from Aboriam.

(the Columned room)
Striding into the new room, Opal cast her gaze about, pick over one shoulder. Spotting the pedistal in the middle of the room, she narrowed her eyes, an odd feeling coming over her. "Be careful, all. That thing looks awfully suspicious..."
Standing up on her toes, she looked the thing over, trying not to get too close.

lylie walks into the room, straining to see anything that might give the where abouts of the missing party. The dust being moved got her attention. Looking for signs of what happened. Looking to see if any traces of the other party was in this room.
((ooc: I rolled a 9))
"I know that I am not the one that tracks things or anything like that but most of the dust is disturbed near the pedistle. Maybe we should check it out carefully." Lylie waited to see what the others, mainly the one in charge.

Amie looks over the room quickly as she relaxes her bow. Seeing the pedestal she shoulders her bow quickly and on quick toes moves up to it stoping about two feet short of it. She looks over it carefully, circling it slowly her sharp eyes looking for any signs of writting. Silently moving her hands she castes the spell Detect Magic. Sensing nothing particularly special about the pedestol (the intire room fells the same) she walks slowly up to it.
Amie slowly examines the pedestol. As she looks she takes note that it seems a orb was once on pillow, though it seems to be gone now. Out of the corner of her eye she spots something on the ground. Kneeling down she touches the dried red spot. "Dried... blood?" she says questionly out loud. She stands again and looks at the indent on the pillow and slowly touches the indentation. She signs slowly.
"Something was here. An orb I think. It's gone now. Though I think it was taken recently, well, relatively recently."

(Moving carefully through the room) Aboriam heard Amie's description and tilted his head slightly. "An orb? Is there enough magical remnant to tell what kind of magic?" While Aboriam talked, he watched the floor for any clues about who fought, what they fought against or... more importantly... who won. (OOC - rolled a 15 on a check. I'm not sure I like the DIce Roller here. *pout* )

"No there isn't. All the magic in the room seems as if it is so old, they have almost melded together. Nothing in this room is magically unique, it all carries the same old magical vibrations." She walks to the wall as slowly circles the room hoping to find something written. She carefully avoids the area around the door, just in case.

[In The Room]
Jenene steps away from the pedestal and goes to stand by the door where the party entered the room. As she arrived at the door, she thought I wonder if the person or persons that disturbed the dust could have been the missing party, maybe. Jenene then leans against the wall by the door and waits for the party to continue moving thought the cave.

(Room of the Column)
Watching the column carefully, Opal narrows her eyes. She was sure by this point that the room's danger had long past, but she was not sure she liked where this was going. The blood on the floor indicated previous combat, but where were all the guardians now?
"I guess the last group took care of the guards... But where did they end up?" Talking to herself, she examined the room one last time then strode to the exit to wait for the others.

The open door called to the Son of Stormwatcher. He obliged its siren with a call over his shoulder.
"I am heading on. Same order of march."
With a slight step, a quick eye and an arrow ready, Aboriam slid quietly through to the next mystery... into the next room.

Amie nodds to the order, finding nothing interesting other than the glowing metal. She files into her position and readies an arrow once again.

[In The Cave Room]
Jenene continued to wait for the party to start moving. While she was waiting, she leaned carefully on her staff, and slipped into thought about what could have happened to the missing party and how we were going to find them. She kept her patience for a little while longer, and she continued to lean on the staff and think until the party moves.

This room appears to have once been supported by four columns carved into the figure of four equally beautiful women. However, the remains of one of these is currently laid out, pulverized into tiny fragments across the stone floor. There is another pedestal in the center of the room where upon sits another pillow. It seems similar in size and shape to the first pedestal, but seems to have a bit more of a cleaner cut to it, almost as if it were for displaying something. Off to one side, there are broken arrows, and a few drops of blood. Also, part of the fallen statue seems to be covered in what appears to be blood as well. However, the mystery remains as to who's blood it is.
Oire, upon entering the room, whistles in amazement and runs his hand down one of the walls, where the dust from the fallen statue-column still clings to the masonry. "'Tis odd stuff, like this. It's almost as if the thing could have fallen against the wall somehow, but yet its lyin' there, plain as the nose on me face." The Orphan continued to investigate the wall specifically.

Now convinced the room is secure, Aboriam crossed to look at where Oire's attention went, arrow still nocked but not drawn.
"I have no experience or knowledge of rock and its workings. What is it you see here, exactly?"

(Question to DM - Are there any other doors or entrances to the room?)

[In The New Room]
Jenene entered the room and said, " There must have been a battle here recently. Could the missing party have had a battle in here?" Then she went to insect the fallen statue. When she reached it, she thought Interesting, I wonder who could have made this statue fall from its pedestal, a monster, magic, it is hard to tell. I hope they made it out of here alive. After that she continued to search for signs of where the party could have gone after the battle in this room.
