Dodge ball. She was pretty good at dodging things. This should be no sweat.
Well.. its was a little harder than she had thought. But she was pretty good at it. Hikaru was good at dodging the balls. a few almost hit her but she got out of the way fairly quickly. She had a fairly good team too.
The last hit was hers though, and she screamed and jumped up and celibrated with her fellow classmates after that. She hadn't played a good game like that in a while. Most of the time her mind was on archery. This was a fun change of pace for Hikaru.
"You think that you can tell us apart? Many have tried, but then again, many have failed. What do you think the price for that is?" The Three Sisters Lylie-governess to a child of the first plain "You grew up. Thats a shame. The carousel never stops turning. You cant get off either. Its a shame."
Where have I seen her before?. Souji was perplexed. He couldn't think of a place that would be suitable for him to meet his teacher before this day.
Just when he was about to give up his mind started to day dream. He wished he was out at the club. Lights dimmed barely being able to see the face of the person your dancing next to. Body moving against body. Sweat on sweat.
He smiled as he remembered one night...
Souji just arrived at the club. The lights were strobing on and off to the hard beat that drove the massive before him. He closed his eyes and took in the music and then waded into the crowd. Barely being able to see the people around him wasn't a problem. Tonight he was dancing for himself.
He was just about to take a break from 2 hours of dancing when a body brushed up against his. Looking toward the girl he didn't get a good look at her face. The electronic beat kept the girl dancing closer and closer to him. His break would have to wait. Putting his hand around the girls waist he pulls her in closer. His hips against hers they moved in unison. She moved with such elegance that he usually didn't see on the dance floor and to keep up with him was a task in itself. With her body moving against his hand moved to her stomach. It was nicely formed and she was well in shape. She indulged by reaching around and grabbing a hold of his hair playfully.
He couldn't take it anymore. He needed to at least know her name. Lowering his head his mouth moved closer to her ear. As his lips touched her ear almost with a kiss he whispered, "What's your name?"
She turned with her hand around his neck. Her gaze meeting his. Captivated by her eyes he couldn't break her lock on him. She moved in closer her lips moving toward his but at the last second her head turned. Her mouth brushed against his cheek and he could feel the warmth of her face. Her lips touching his ear now whispered, "Don't you wish you knew".
She turned and left leaving him alone on the dance floor. A grin never left his face.
"Mr. Oshiro. I asked you a question." Ms. Takiro stared at him with those all too familiar eyes.Looking at the board Souji knew the answer to the question instantly.
"The key is in G minor Ms. Takiro." He smiled at her. "Your name is Ms. Takiro. Now I know."
"Can I get a crystal ball?" Says PC1
"No." Says GM
"Why not? It's a class feature of mine," PC1 replies.
Alright everybody we are moving forward in time. I will be letting you know how your class ended and then skipping forward to lunch. Don’t worry about responding to the end of class just go on to lunch. Also I will be putting up a system update here soon in the OCC thread so make sure you check that. It’s should make our games run a bit faster. So every body ready… cuz here we go ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eun: Mr. Sato walks by you as you finish a line of code. “Nice work there.” He says looking at your screen. “You should consider a career in computers. You are a senior this year aren’t you? You’ll be looking into career options soon. I see if I can’t get some information for you.” You smile inwardly to yourself and finish off the assignment before the rest of your class giving you a bit of free time to browse the net. Maybe you should look into computers, after all, that’s what video games are.
Your next couple of classes go by with out major importance. You feel the anticipation rise up your spine as the last few minutes of class go buy before the bell tolls for lunch. You are one of the first out the classroom door making a break for the gamers club room. Being the first meeting of the year and you holding a managing position at the nearby arcade/pizzeria, you know that your boss will be arriving at soon with lunch. You convinced your boss to bring five large pizzas, and you need to be there to receive them, plus you really want the first slice. There is nothing like the first slice. You get to the door to the gamers room right at the same time as Mr. Sato and your boss, Mr. Yin.
Zero: You make a better introduction of yourself to the young ladies with Kim as the five of you walk outside. You make a mental note to try and get to the next student council meeting as it seems to be full of beauties. Once outside Kim leaves the group for “business” and Naoko politely and quietly asks you to leave so the three could have some girl talk. You smile and walk away and roam small section of the school grounds occupied by your fellow students.
Lunch comes up before you know it. You make your way to the third floor of the Main Hall to the classroom you were told the writing club would meet at. Your stomach growls slightly reminding you that you rushed off to class with little breakfast. As you enter the class you see a few people inside. Two students stand in front of a snack table set up in the back of the room. There is also a teacher talking to another student. It is this student that catches your eye, in particular her long blue hair and cute smile. Out of the corner of her eye she sees you enter the room and she turns to greet you. “Welcome to the Writing Club. I’m the president, Erika Miya and this is our supervisor, Miss Hanabi.”
Artemi: Ah, girl talk. You and Mami have quite a bit of fun teasing Asako about Takeshi before the topic eventually turns back to Mami’s date. It a lot of back and forward movement as Mami suggests that perhaps Kim can give Takeshi some tips on romance. Not a very productive study hall, but it is the first day and girl talk is good for the soul.
The rest of your morning classes go very smoothly, naturally and soon you find your self on the way to lunch. You meet up with Mami and Asako, who is being unusually silent ever sense study hall, and make your way to the Assembly room where student government is being held. While there is a limited number of club space for membership, meeting are held in the assembly hall, as all students are welcome to sit in on them. You walk a little faster than normal, as you want to be one of the first ones there to make a good impression, not to mention you did have a rather small breakfast and lunch will be provided at today’s meeting. You find yourself among the first few arriving as see Miss Kuso speaking with the caterer. You nod respectively to her and make your way to the food table set up on stage along with Asako and Mami.
Beast: No one catches your eye in particular as far as troublemakers go. Maybe a few class clowns but nothing too serious. The bell rings and you make your way out the door. On your way out you nearly run into Mrs. Lee on her way in. She has a rather large smile on her face you guess again that your teachers are newlyweds.
At the lunch bell, you make your way to writing club on the third floor of the main hall and hope that the rumor you heard that all clubs serve lunch at their first meeting. You walk into the door a see a small snack table set up in the back. You also see two students talking to your Literature teacher Miss Hanabi. One is female with long blue hair, and seems to be introducing herself to another student, a male with red hair pulled back into a ponytail.
Antaeus: You excuse yourself from the group and begin talking with various students, collecting a few of the completed surveys and also discussing with some students a few owed favors as well as thanking others for their help with you date last night. You make sure to check back on Mami a few times but a rather relieved to see Takeshi leave them almost as soon as you did.
The rest of your morning goes extremely smoothly. You even managed to convince your Calculus teacher, Mr. Lee, to allow you to leave class five minutes early, as he seemed to be in an unusually good mood. You recall hearing something in the office about him just getting married and make a note to congratulate him once you are able to confirm it. You head outside and find Mr. Lee waiting for you with a heavy stack of completed surveys. You groan a little in you mind at the thought of going through them all and how much time it will take but then think that Mami will probably help you and it won’t be so bad if she does. You make your way to the Assembly hall and find Mami, Naoko and Asako, who seems to be in an unusual mood, all at the food table set up on the stage.
Lylie: Dodge ball was a lot of fun. And you think you may have made a few friends playing it too. You look forward to tomorrow’s class and hope that you’ll be able to play again.
The rest of your day goes smoothly though your stomach begins to tie it’s self up in knots at the thought of cooking club as lunch approaches. You maybe drag your feet a little more than usual as you make your way to where you were told the club would meet, in the Lab building right behind the Main Hall. You find your self one of the last to enter. Two more students arrive after you before the club begins. The club supervisor then stands and begins her the meeting.
“Welcome all of you to cooking club. I am Mrs. Mori the club supervisor. I don’t want to waste time so lets get started. I see a few new faces so today we are going to go over food safety and protocol before we before we begin making salads for our lunch today, just to going on the basics. You will find aprons in the closets in the back of the classroom everybody get on and we will get started.”
Dyne: You’ve never seen a teacher give you such a strange look before, like maybe you were crazy or something. “Correct,” she says to you before questioning another student. You are quiet puzzled. You were sure you were right about Ms. Takiro being the one you danced with that night, but know you are beginning to think you are wrong. The rest of the class goes smoothly and you decide against talking with your teacher afterwards, maybe were you have seen her will come to you later. You certainly don’t want to make yourself look like a fool by being wrong.
The rest of your day goes well. You manage you pass you number to a few more cute girls; unfortunately you don’t get any in return. As the lunch bell rings you rush out of class in hopes to beat Nobu there. You rush through the halls to the Gamers club. As you turn around the corner you catch Nobu’s green hair just entering the room. “Damn, so close.”
Alexander: You can’t believe you were late the first day of class. You can’t believe your mother wanted you to skip it but you had managed to convince her to put you on a late train last night so you would at least be able to get to school right before lunch started. You really hated the idea of missing club activity. You arrive at school with just enough time to get to your dorm room and change before the lunch bell rings. Luckily for you your dorm room is quite close to the Lab building and you are one of the first to enter the club kitchen. Sitting at one of the tables you wait for Mrs. Mori to begin after the rest of the members arrive. You notice a few new members, most likely freshmen, one who shows up a little late and looks a bit apprehensive. After a few minutes Mrs. Mori begins the meeting by introducing her self and informing all to the plan for the day.
Anomie had been looking forward to this class in particular, she was always a good cook, but she always knew she could be better. When she notices the group of freshmen, she began to slip into memories of her first year at Heavan's High. A long, but good year none-the-less.
At this point, Oakanomi was becoming exited to start one of her favorite classes. She put on the apron and waited for further intrusions from Mrs. Mori.
Hefting his new stack of surveys, Kim proceeded toward his 'club' meeting in the assembly hall.
Kim had done almost no actual work his first day this year. Fitting seeing as he had taken great care to make his academic schedule as light as possible this quarter, having already filled the requirements for graduating and all. He could have proceeded on to British Academy or some accepting American College where he could coast out the rest of his academic career grabbing scholarships and generally making an over-achiever of himself, but why should he?
He was practically already a full partner in his Mother's firm (whatever the hell it did) or he could enter into politics as an aide to his Father. Privy to the movers and shakers of the World. Indeed, the only reason he was staying in school, this country was...
"Mami-chan, Asako-chan, Oujou-sama, I apologize for my tardiness." Kim would have dramatically adjusted his glasses had his hands not been occupied by surveys. "I thought that it would be most prudent for the Council to see this with its own eyes."
Kim had skimmed through some of the surveys and while the average reaction was pure teenage apathy, there was a sizable portion of the student populace that was at least uncomfortable with, if no outright disturbed by the recent atmospheric phenomenon. Kim made his way up the stairs to the stage and passed out stacks of the surveys. Life reflections will have to wait, now its time for the Ethics Director to do his job.
"As my first order of business as Ethics Director, I motion that the Council holds a special meeting. We call a few students into the hall and ask their opinion. Get a feel for, and try to alleviate some of the yuuryo that the populace has. Needless to say, it would be a great first move by this Council to connect directly with the students."
"4) Lastly, there were some video games that also weakened the MMMG. Most of these games were played at John's house be they video game or rpg." -Celest
"Damn you, Big Brother. Damn you." -Curulambe
"I was told our base was for the Black Man." - batman
Hikaru Nervously walked into the classroom.cooking... I can't cook. Why am I here? Ohh yeah. A good wife has to know how to cook. Archery is not everything. Dear good mum. Really helpful there. I burn water. She walked in the room with a disgusted face.
"You think that you can tell us apart? Many have tried, but then again, many have failed. What do you think the price for that is?" The Three Sisters Lylie-governess to a child of the first plain "You grew up. Thats a shame. The carousel never stops turning. You cant get off either. Its a shame."

Seeing the food and other students Rin loses a bit of his appetite to his nervousness. Food can wait, first impressions, thinks Rin seeing the teacher, are much more important, especially in places that I want to be. Might as well get to know people, gulp. He walks up to Miss Hanabi and waits a moment until she is not preoccupied talking or listening to the other two students and softly and haltingly introduces himself. "H-hello my uh name is Rin Nobuharu it is a um pleasure to be a part of this club." Already begginning to criticize himself he awaits her response.
He who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.
Staring out over the auditorium, Naoko sat lost in thought, subconsciously checking off people as they came into the open room. I sense… there is something going on, here… First those odd dreams last night and now a meteor shower, which even the populace is picking up on… She wished she had Aimon, her pet snake, with her today. He always helped her focus her thoughts, especially in situations like these.
“…Iincho… Iincho-san…”
Unable to remember if she had any odd fire readings in the Shrine over the past week or two, Naoko couldn’t help but wonder if a demon invasion or something was impending. That’s how it always seemed to work in those manga Mami spoke so highly of. Or maybe aliens. Or maybe I just didn’t get enough sleep last night…
“…oko-san… Mreh! Naoko!”
Jerked from her thoughts by a sharp poke to her side, Naoko turned to her left to see a blushing Asako frowning at her. Opening her mouth to question why the other girl had poked her with her pen, she glanced down enough to notice her hands had ended up wrapped around Asako’s free one. Lost in her thoughts, she had been caressing them soothingly, just like she did with Aimon when deep in thought. Jerking her hands away with a blush of her own, she groaned internally as it filtered in that she was on stage for the first Student Council meeting. Oh, this is just what I need right now…
Looking down the table she was at, she noticed with a slight start that Kim had finally arrived. Or, at least he had been here long enough to start and then stop during his report. She wasn’t sure which. For some reason, she couldn’t quite read the man’s face. Taking a moment to review her subconscious mental notes, she smiled and pushed on, stabilizing herself and slipping her hands under the table. “That seems like a great idea. Lets question anyone who comes in to watch the meeting today, and if that isn’t enough we can spread out our search later today. I’ll handle that myself, though I’ll want you to help me with responses, Mami.”
Risking her hands above the table again, Naoko shifted her papers around to move onto the next topic. Skimming the paper, she quickly remembered what it was about. Looking up from the memo, she looked around as she asked. “Ok, next topic. Have we heard anything about these illegal motorcycle races that seem to be popping up of late on and near campus? They woke me up the other night, over in Sakuraba hall. Suffice to say, I was not pleased.”
Kim knew when he was being ignored. It was his biggest irk button, punishable by being consigned to a special place in the Chinese hells reserved for child molesters and people who talked in movie theaters. That didn't mean Kim was a stranger to the situation by any sort, Kim even had a small list of repeat offenders that he kept in a small purple book ordered by date and severity for when he inevitably gained a position to cause serious discomfort.
Kim began to consider just what that would encompass when Naoko, seemingly out of it, took hold of Asako's left hand and began what could only be described as a 'deliberate but loving series of hauntingly gentle' caresses that seemed to at first aggravate, then soothe, but ultimately embarrass the other girl. Needless to say, Kim was going to protest the delay in the meeting when he noticed this. So Kim, for the betterment of an audience he prayed had assembled without him noticing, decided to keep silent and tuck away this little incident in his mind's Omoshiroi folder to be studied in full. After all, this kind of behavior was totally unlike his esteemed Class President.
Something was definitely bothering that woman and Kim felt something tug in his chest...he felt ikitougou? No. That couldn't be it.
Naoko eventually moved on with the meeting to something much more interesting to Kim, though that was a half truth. His racing persona, "Cortex", was very interested in what was said during this meeting. It seems the next race would have to go off campus or, at the very least, away from the girls dorm.
And maybe Kim shouldn't open up Rampage Crescendo's throttle underneath Naoko's window anymore.
"T-The underground racing circuits have plagued this area for some time. Every time we report it to the bigger city police, they file it away and...mushi any legitimate complaints we may have. Outside of taking decisive action ourselves, I can't say I am full of ideas on this one." said Kim pulling out Shu-qi and beginning to type up his notes and personal thoughts on the Council meeting.

It was a hustle unlike what Nobu was used to. There was, of course, the one time that the power went out. He ended up at work in the worst shape ever, but still on time. This time, he managed to meet Sato and Yin at the door. "Ohayo gozaimasu, Yin-sama. Ogenki desu ka?" It was a typical greeting, and Nobu expected only a typical answer. Walking to his boss, he took possession of half of the stack of pies, content with being partially useful. Once Sato had the door open, Aotsuki and Yin entered, depositing the pies on the first available table.
Turning around to Yin, Aotsuki spoke, "Arigato, Motojime-sama. I'll see you at work tonight, alright?" He bowed deeply in respect to his elder and superior, then turned to Sato. "I brought in a copy of something I worked on over the summer. It's essentially a set of multiplayer maps using the new Elder Scrolls engine from Bethesda. A nice piece of work, if I say so myself." Pride beamed from the young man's face.
Alex: Well it’s always good to get a refresher in things. Before Mrs. Mori begins giving out the instructions she divides everyone up into groups of four to work in the six small kitchens. She makes sure to group some of the older club members with the new ones so that no one gets too lost. You get grouped with a senior named Hana, another sophomore, Zan, and an upset looking freshman named Hikaru. Mrs. Mori then begins giving instructions on salad making and asks some food safety questions at the same time. The questions are easy enough as you remember most of the food safety questions.
Roll 2d6 for Mind. Subtract 2 from your roll as you remember most of the things from the previous year.
Lylie: Ok, so you won’t be cooking all by yourself and you won’t be using the stove today either so you shouldn’t burn anything. Hopefully your group mates will keep you from messing up too bad. Maybe they just do all the work for you if you offer to wash the dishes. They look nice enough, Hana and Zan at least. Anomie looks like she really enjoys this cooking stuff. You try to pay attention to all the answers to the food safety questions, just incase you ever do need to cook you won’t get anybody sick. That would be bad.
Roll Mind.
Beast: “Hello Rin, I am Miss Hanabi. We will be starting shortly so go and enjoy some snacks while we wait for the other students.” There is something quiet refreshing about Miss Hababi’s voice and smile and you feel a little better. You get your self a small plate and find a seat not too close to anybody and eat slowly as you wait for more students. It isn’t too long before Miss Hanabi addresses the club.
“Welcome every body to the Writing club. You are here because you enjoy writing in some form, wither it is fictional or fact, poetry or stories, your creative muse comes best through your pen. Here we share what we have written and get constructive and creative criticism to help us write even better. Anytime you write something you can bring it here and receive feedback. We also give back to the school by offering our services to other students. We will proof read essays and other writing assignments and help with any spelling or grammar errors. So let’s begin today meeting by having one of you read something. Does any one have any poetry?”
Roll Soul to see if you can get the courage to stand up and read something. Add one to your roll from your shy defect.
Artemi: You seemed to have caught Kim off guard some how by asking about the races, something rather curious indeed. You’ll have to ask Mami about that later. As far as taking direct action maybe giving the police a few names would help them take more direct action. You’ll have to think about that more later. Right now, you’ve got to move on with the meeting.
Roll Soul. You just got a strange feeling. What the hell was that?
Ant: This meeting seems to be going rather smoothly as no one else seems to be noticing those few awkward things. Maybe it would be best to keep the races out of the Sakuraba residential district in general. Perhaps you can make a move to having the races held on the weekends and out of town. You know Naoko doesn’t let things go easily and she will try to do something about them sooner or later.
Eun: This looks like it will turn out to be a good meeting. Sato was rather impressed by your maps. A few of the kids you had met earlier in the day even showed up and every one seemed to be getting along rather well. In fact, you got a challenge. Right after you finish your pizza one of the new members walks up to you. “I hear you are good at Halo. How about we have a race? The Maw in Halo on Legendary, who can get off the Halo faster?” You try to hide your smile. Admittedly you did have some difficulty driving the hog at the end of this level at first. In fact the first time you actually did complete this level you had some one else do the driving for you. Now, however, you were quite good at it, plus you had your controller. Naturally you agree. It might take the rest of the meeting but it will be worth it.
Roll Mind. Subtract 4 from your roll from IOP and Computer Scanning.
Dyne: Pizza is good. Gaming is fun. You’re happy. There seem to be quiet a few new people here; though you’re quiet sure you can kick all of their butts at DDR. Most people are crowding around two TVs. It seems one of the newbs has challenged Nobu to something in Halo. Hopefully Nobu will get his assed kicked. He’s got a big enough ego as is. You don’t really care to watch all that much. You go over and take control of the DDR mat and think about that girl you met in math. Maybe you could invite her to a club on Friday.
Xephin: Hey, she is pretty cute. Your stomach doesn’t feel so good. You can get through it though. Maybe. Ok maybe not. Damn she was really cute. You better hurry to the nurse so you can get back.
Or you can be sent to your dorm room until you stomach stops yelling at you.
Shaggy: You had a rather uneventful first half. You're making a better transition into the Japanese culture than you thought you would and your knowledge of the language seems to be holding up well enough. Just for something easy you took Advanced English Lit because the class is taught in English and you've studied most of what the class covers anyway. You just got out of Gym and now your feeling pretty hungry. The down town area is really close and you think you'd rather find something there than the the school cafeteria.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Remember peoples that when you roll you are trying to get under your stat.
Also we will soon be welcoming Shaggy to High School, as soon as he gets back to me about something so there will likely be an edit to this post, but it shouldn’t really effect any of you that much.
Oakanomi went with her group of three and waited for instructions from Mrs. Mori. When she noticed Hikaru looking upset she asked, "Is something the matter?" Her voice was gentle and comforting. Then Mrs. Mori asked for the food safety questions. Well, at least they are easy to remember.
(OOC:) I rolled an seven for my mind check with the penalty included. Edited because I was told to re roll my check.

Rin stops nibbling on his snack and doesn't even look up he is so nervous. He starts sweating profusely and sits silently, staring at his food and sinks into his seat. Other than that he doesn't move he is too petrified and any movement might draw attention to himself so his sits stiff as a board and just as unmoving. How he wishes he could just find a rock to crawl under.
There is just too many people around and they would all laugh at anything Rin brought forth. Why was he here? Oh this was a bad idea, he thinks. I'm no good in front of people! It's no use I'll never be accepted here! Baka baka baka baka!
OOC: My roll was a monumental failure 11 plus 1 = OMG!!!
He who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.
George emerges from the changing room and follows a group of the guys to the downtown area. He strolls along the street looking for a place that sounds appetizing. He spies an okonamiyaki(sp?) vendor and sits down at the bar.
After he looks the menu over and orders a simplistic one he turns the stool around to watch the traffic whiie his food is being prepared.

Nobu had been enjoying watching the chaos and mayhem about the room. The cacaphony brought a kind of calm washing over him, alleviating the tension he had built up through the day. Suddenly, a voice, calling his name, pierced the din and caught Nobu's ears. "I hear you are good at Halo."
Aotsuki nodded and grinned, "Hai, what about it?" The target of Nobu's attack was a short, stocky fellow with dark eyes.
"How about we have a race?" The kid's name was Soramaru and had a grin on his face the size of Tokyo Tower.
"Ore nattoku. What are the conditions?" Nobu half expected the challenger to set up a versus game in the style of a race. However, when Soramaru spoke again, Aotsuki was caught flat footed.
"The Maw in Halo on Legendary, who can get off the Halo faster?”
Aotuski nodded, and the XBoxes were set up. An official timekeeper and a marksman were chosen to make sure that the setup was fair. Once everything was finished, Aotsuki and Soramaru squared off in a head to head unlike Nobu had ever experienced before. Within minutes, Nobu was clearly in command. It seemed his choice of weaponry, the shotgun and the plasma pistol, enabled him to mow through the AI characters like brushfire. Once he neared the end, a set of four, well placed grenades ended the Pillar of Autumn. After that, it was a simple Warthog run down to the end of the level, where Nobu actually took the time look at his opponent's screen. He heard from the screen the words "We need to get aboard, NOW!!" and knew that Soramaru wasn't too far behind him. Putting the controller down, Aotuski and his opponent looked to each other.
"Good job, Soramaru-san. You and I should go to a LAN party sometime. I'd be honored to have a player of your caliber." Nobu's words were sincere. The Sophomore, Yokutsuki Soramaru, had made a serious showing at last year's 'Summer Assault' party. Held in the school, Yokutsuki caught Nobu's attention that day. He had been paying at least some attention to the boy's playing skill since then.
"Arigato, Aotsuki-san. I will beat you, sometime."
Nobu smiled, "I look forward to it."
Mind Roll: 6 6-4=2 I think that's a success.... it looks kind of like this. 9:35! Heh. Loves the hax, btw.
...You know, I thought I posted my post, already. Looks like something happened to it... *frown* Looks like I'll have to re-write it... --- (In the auditorium)
Leaning back in her chair, Naoko smiled to herself as she remembered one of the reasons she loved being head of the Student Government so much. They had moved to a question and answer portion of the meeting, one that was a little more important then usual. This was the first meeting of the Council, and this would be the first chance for the current Council to listen to questions and requests that the students might have.
This was also the first major time for Naoko to gain control over the voting happening later in the year. The incumbent President of Council was given a great opportunity, one that could easily decide the entire later race if played well… or poorly. Because last year’s President had been a senior, the position of current President was handed to the next highest ranked person still attending Heaven’s High. In this case it was her Vice-President, Naoko Sakuraba. She had been angling for this position for the past four years; she wasn’t about to give any ammunition to her enemies before the elections.
She could decree sweeping changes once things we final, after all.
Chuckling to herself, she called upon a young, green-haired girl to speak. Glancing to the side to make sure Mami was catching everything on her laptop, she idly listened to the mousey looking woman’s concern over the use of organic foods in the cafeteria. Indicating to Mami that the request was an easy one, she looked up, feeling an odd tingle on the back of her neck. Narrowing her eyes slightly, Naoko scanned the crowd, suddenly much more alert then just moments before.
Raising her view to the back of the room, her sight caught on a long shadow standing in one of the doorways. From here all she could make out was a pair of long, dark legs, which slid into a pair of baggy socks. Frowning slightly, Naoko leaned forward a little, just in time to catch the strange woman turn and leave. She saw just a flash of her face, a small smile framed by long, purple hair, but Naoko was certain that the strange woman had been staring at her.
Souji takes a bite of pizza. No good. The taste was rank in his mouth. Every time he picked up a controller he couldn't concentrate on the game. There is no point. He wasn't having any fun.
He couldn't get the teacher out of his head. Sure there was that girl in math class but who cares about her. All he could think about was her, Ms. Takiro. He steeped onto the DDR mat and started to do his dance thing. He just went through the motions.
After he schooled a few guys on DDR (even while distracted) he jumped off the pad. "I'm outta here." He couldn't eat, he couldn't game, he certainly was not in shape to challenge anyone to anything but DDR so he left. He went through the hallway as stealthily as possible. trying not to avoid detection from any of the faculty. Turning the corner he found her classroom. He was going to talk to her and find out once and for all.
"Can I get a crystal ball?" Says PC1
"No." Says GM
"Why not? It's a class feature of mine," PC1 replies.
*ok so I mix this with that. Maybe that was wrong. Umm.... Ack! I don't think that was supposed to go in there...* Hikaru looks up at Hana and sees that she didn't freak when that last ingreatient went in. *Ok I'll just let them do the rest. I can wash dishes. I usually only break a glass or plate each time. That's good enough.* so sitting back and watching the other three finish up the dressing she tries to get the hang of it, but kinda doesn't. The dressing turns out fine, but that was probly because the others finished. So while washing up the dishes she thought to herself *I'll get through this if she doesn't make me accually cook. I won't have to pay for the school that I damage then. At least my parents payed for the half of the kitchen that I burned down last summer.* and apon thinking that she dropped one of the glass utinsils that they had been using and breaks it.
"You think that you can tell us apart? Many have tried, but then again, many have failed. What do you think the price for that is?" The Three Sisters Lylie-governess to a child of the first plain "You grew up. Thats a shame. The carousel never stops turning. You cant get off either. Its a shame."
Sorry this has taken so long people. I really don’t have an excuse, just bare with me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alexander: You wilted the lettuce. Hana had asked you to wash it, which to did, but you weren’t paying much attention so you washed it in hot water, wilting it and ruining it. Luckily Mrs. Mori has plenty extra. Hana, politely, asks you to help Hikaru as she just broke a glass.
Beast: So far so good. No one is looking at you. You had grabbed a seat in the back and every one is listening to the students that are reading. You’re starting to feel a little less nervous. There have been a couple of people who have a similar writing style as you. Maybe if you try really hard you could go up there. This is writing club. This is what is here for. You have a short one you could read. Maybe you could read something that isn’t yours, something you really like that has inspired you. As long as you announce that it isn’t yours it will be ok. If they don’t like it then maybe it’s not too late to join a different club.
---> Roll Mind: You’re trying to use logic to talk your self into reading something.
Shaggy: You made a good choice. The food is delicious. You liked Japanese restaurants in America, but they can barely hold a candle to this stuff. You make a mental note to come here at least once a week. Any more than that and you might get tired of it, plus you do want to try other food from the area. You glance at a clock and decide to head back. You don’t want to risk being late on the first day. Plus, it may give you some time to explore the school a little bit.
---> Roll Soul: Wait for a PM from me after you roll so I can give you the results.
Artemi: You know you’ve never seen that person before. You recognize the hair, it is kind of like that of the new music teacher, but you are quite certain it wasn’t her. That woman has more style than baggy socks. You make a mental note to try and ran through the student and staff pictures of females with purple hair. Maybe Kim can help you with that. Looking at the clock you decide it would be a good time to wrap up the meeting. The student body has brought up a good deal. It may be a little sooner than normal, but you want to have some time to sort things out.
Dyne: There aren’t too many faculty roaming the halls right now. Not to mention that no one minds that much if students are walking around. Many teachers set up meetings with students during lunch if they need help so it isn’t uncommon for a student to be walking around. You make it to the Music room and find it completely empty. Maybe Ms. Takiro is in her office. You check, but again it’s empty.
---> Roll Mind: Subtract two from your roll. I’ll PM you with your results.
Lylie: You try to quickly clean up the glass you broke. Mrs. Mori comes over with a broom and Hana sends Oakanomi over to help you with the dishes. The three of you get everything cleaned up rather quickly. Then it is time to eat. To your surprise everything is quite good. You think you may have added a bit too much vinegar in the salad dressing, but Hana seems to like the extra sour and no one else is really complaining. Maybe if you stay away from the stove and anything really breakable, you can get through this. The salad dressing wasn’t that hard. You can mix. If all you’re doing is turning the spoon or whisk, you can get though this with out too many more mishaps.
Antaeus: You look up just in time to see Naoko staring strangely towards the door in the back. You turn to take a look but see nothing. Looking back it seems the president has gone back to business. Maybe you’ll ask her about it later. It seems Naoko is ending the meeting a bit earlier than usual. All the same to you, now you can handle some of your own business.
"Oh no." Was all Oakanomi could think of to say when she wilted the lettuce. I can't believe I did that. She quickly went to get more, and she washed it properly that time. Then came the shattering of glass, and she saw Hikaru hastily trying to pick up a broken glass. Before Hana could ask, Oakanomi was already helping Hikaru pick up the broken glass. "Its okay," She told Hikaru, "We all make mistakes."
