Dude needs a deck to call a home. I think I'll make one. Lets start by looking into his crazy ability. Ok, so he doesn't like being in play, and loves coming back into play when the smoke clears. Lets take advantage of that. What should we use? How about pandemonium. Seems to pack quite a punch, but two life a turn from a single Norin? Not so good on its own. Lets add to it. Norin needs a way to come into play bigger, much bigger. The bigger he is, the more damage he deals. I chose these two creatures that give warriors and creatures coming into play monstrous buffs. To get more than one Lovisa and Norin in play I'm adding in 4x of these bad boys. Now, we need some creatures that'd heavily benefit from coming into play with a pandemonium sitting around. We should also further abuse the Mirror Galleries. How about this: We should probably do something about Pandemonium's drawback... The fact people can target you with it for massive damage upside your head. Look no further than: I'm a madman. Decklist to come.

The Deck should end up looking like this, I'm missing just a couple cards to finish it.
Creatures:
4x Norin the Wary 4x Lovisa Coldeyes 4x Kamahl, Pit Fighter 4x Jeska, Warrior Adept 4x Primal Forcemage
Total = 20
Spells:
4x Mirror Gallery 4x Pandemonium 2x Ivory Mask 2x Privileged Position 4x Avoid Fate 3x Mirari's Wake
Total = 19
Land:
7x Forest 8x Mountain 6x Plains
Total = 21
The land base in this deck is fairly simple, all basics. I figure eventually once I can scrounge up some more dual lands it may change. For the moment though this should do.
